Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though not properly ventilated and a bit sticky, were decent overall, but the bright lights from the pool were a bit bothersome at night. The service was really attentive and accommodating. The location was good, but I was disappointed that the dog walking area was out of order. The nearby amenities were convenient though. The dining options were varied and tasty, but the timing issue with Denny's was a drawback.
The hotel was newly renovated and super squeaky clean, but the rooms overlooked the pool with bright lights on all night long. The location was central in Revelstoke, close to various amenities, though there was a disappointing issue that affected the booking. The dining experience was mediocre and slightly overpriced. Though some facilities were available, there were limited gourmet products offered.
The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, which was perfect for us travelers passing by. The rooms, although a bit small for four people on a ski trip, were equipped with essential amenities like a kitchenette. The service was overall nice and considerate with a few hiccups. The dining options, although good, were somewhat limited. The satellite complex, while older, had its charms but also some maintenance issues.
